Ad-Juster Promotes Matthew Essenburg to CTO & Dan Lawton to CMO/CBDO
San Diego (January 30, 2017) Ad-Juster, the only fully automated reconciliation and aggregation reporting system in the digital ad industry, today announced that it has promoted Matthew Essenburg from Director of Research and Development to Chief Technology Officer and Dan Lawton from VP Business Development and Sales, to Chief Marketing/Chief Business Development Officer. Mr. Essenburg is based in San Diego and Mr. Lawton in Pennsylvania and both report to Peter Yang, the company's San Diego-based COO.
Mr. Essenburg is responsible for defining the strategy, operations and development of Ad-Juster’s software engineering, data, technology, security and corporate IT initiatives. He joined Ad-Juster in 2012 after working at Rockwell Collins, Inc. (formerly Anzus, Inc) where he advanced from an entry level software engineer to a Senior Software Engineer leading a $15 million dollar contract for the Tactical Air Control Party Close Air Support System. He was also a key contributor to the success of that program's entry into the European market. Earlier, he was with Vnocspace Inc. Mr. Essenburg holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from San Diego State University.
Mr. Lawton is responsible for building and establishing Ad-Juster as a premium brand and delivering on its brand promise: 'Your Data is Our Passion.' This includes all aspects of marketing communications (advertising, PR, promotions, website), supporting all stages of the sales funnel, strategic product plans, budgets, business development, and product road maps. Before Ad-Juster, Mr. Lawton was a VP of Operations/Head of Lift Accounts at OpenX and before that, he was the COO at LiftDNA. He holds a BS in International Business and Economics from King’s College.
