Moat - New 3rd Party Ad Server Connection

Ad-Juster has added another 3rd party ad server connection to our list of supported servers. This newly supported ad server is Moat which allow those clients of Ad-Juster that use Moat to track their ad viewability and get those metrics in their Ad-Juster reports.
