San Diego (March 17, 2017) Ad-Juster, Inc. the only fully automated reconciliation and aggregation reporting system in the digital ad industry, today announced that it has opened a new office in Manhattan and promoted Sharon Smith to run a new, soon-to-launch service called Concierge. Moreover, the company hired James Lane as a Senior Level member of the new unit and transferred Joseph Justin Lewis from San Diego to join the Concierge team.
"The Concierge team will engage with ad-operations, sales, and finance teams to provide high-touch support and ensure successful use of our time- and money-saving solutions," says Ms. Smith who moves from Director of Client Relationships to Vice President, Concierge at Ad-Juster, and to whom Mr. Lane and Mr. Lewis will report. "James and Joseph will work closely with clients and provide guidance and insights on how to maximize Ad-Juster tools and services."
Ms. Smith joined Ad-Juster in 2014. Before that, she was Online Sales Director at the Lehigh (PA) Valley Media Group and prior to that was Director, Technology Solutions for Collective and was SR. Director of Publisher Services for TACODA. She also worked in senior tech positions with AOL, 27/Real Media, and iCrossing. Ms. Smith started her +30 year media career in the newspaper business, working for public and private companies.
Mr. Lane comes to Ad-Juster from GroupM (New York) where he had been Senior Partner, Director of Analytics and Implementation since July of 2015. Before that, he was Vice President, Client Solutions for Xaxis (New York) and earlier, Senior Director, North American Affiliate Relations for 24/7 Media Inc. also based in NYC. Mr. Lane founded Hot Indie Media in 1999 and worked there for three years. He has studied at Hampshire College, the School of Visual Arts and Baruch College.
Mr. Lewis has been an Account Manager and Technical Analyst at Ad-Juster in San Diego since 2015. Prior to that, he was a filmmaker in Los Angeles for four years and earlier, a Co-Producer for CBS News in Philadelphia. Mr. Lewis started his career as a freelance Production Assistant after graduating from Penn State University with a BA in Film & Media Studies.
